Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Pizzaiolo. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, delivery fees, or gratuities unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.
Payment
Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery
Delivery is available within our designated service area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, and other factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
A delivery fee may apply, which will be clearly displayed at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Pickup
Orders placed for pickup must be collected within the specified time frame. Orders not collected within a reasonable time may be cancelled, and refunds will be issued according to our refund policy.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your order before it enters preparation. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery or pickup. We will work with you to resolve any issues, which may include replacement items or refunds at our discretion.
